Reservation Name Changes and Cancellations
To cancel or modify your reservation, contact the hotel directly using the information in your confirmation. Changes and cancellations should be made in writing with confirmation requested. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival to receive a refund of your deposit; cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the advance deposit.
