Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email for processing. Any refunds for registration cancellations will be processed after the Summit. Cancellation notices received by Friday, February 27, 2026, will be refunded in full minus a $75 cancellation fee for each canceled registration to cover the cost of staff time and materials expended to process the registration. All registration cancellation requests received after February 27, 2026, are NONREFUNDABLE.
